Join us for an hour of Reiki by Megan F. and Soundscapes by B. Marie December 12th at 7pm at The Holistic Treehouse in Chesapeake.
Using crystal quartz singing bowls and chimes I will providing the soundscapes to help you melt stress away, relax, and release what isn't serving you.
Megan will be doing the Reiki energy healing to help put your energy field back in alignment, relax, and help release what isn't serving you.
Combing both modalities will bring you to a state of deep relaxation.
There will be yoga mats, but feel free to bring your own, any blankets, pillows, ect to make sure you're extra comfy for this event!
