In our busy world, it is easy to become overwhelmed, depleted, and disconnected from ourselves. The Emerald Hour offers a safe space to pause, breathe, and simply receive.

Through the gentle energy of Reiki and the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic soundscapes, you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation and energetic restoration.

As you rest comfortably, Reiki energy will be offered throughout the session while the sounds and frequencies wash over you, supporting the body's natural ability to relax, reset, and restore balance. We invite you to leave feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded, and deeply renewed.
